【美国网友】荷兰黑帮将赴伊拉克打击恐怖主义

The Hague (AFP) - The Dutch publicprosecutor said on Tuesday that motorbike gang members who have reportedlyjoined Kurds battling the Islamic State group in Iraq are not necessarilycommitting any crime.

海牙（法新社）——据报道称有荷兰飞车党在伊拉克帮助库尔德人抵抗伊斯兰国，荷兰检察官周二称这种行为未必就是犯罪。

"Joining a foreign armed force waspreviously punishable, now it's no longer forbidden," public prosecutorspokesman Wim de Bruin told AFP.

“在以前，加入外国武装参加战斗是被禁止的，但是现在没问题了，”一名检察官对法新社说。

"You just can't join a fight againstthe Netherlands," he told AFP after reports emerged that Dutch bikers fromthe No Surrender gang were fighting IS insurgents alongside Kurds in northernIraq.

“当然，绝对不能参加外国武装来对抗荷兰，”在有新闻报道说一个叫做“不投降”的荷兰飞车党组织在伊拉克北部帮助库尔德人抵抗伊斯兰国后这名检察官对法新社说。

The head of No Surrender, Klaas Otto, toldstate broadcaster NOS that three members who travelled to near Mosul innorthern Iraq were from Dutch cities Amsterdam, Rotterdam and Breda.

该组织的头目对荷兰国家电视台NOS说该组织有三名成员前往伊拉克北部的摩苏尔，分别来自阿姆斯特丹，鹿特丹和布雷达。

Dutch citizens could not however join theKurdistan Workers' *** (PKK), as it is blacklisted as a terroristorganisation by Ankara and much of the international community, De Bruin said.

Dutch citizens fighting on the Kurdish sidewould of course be liable to prosecution if they committed crimes such astorture or rape, De Bruin said.

"But this is also happening a long wayaway and so it'll be very difficult to prove," said De Bruin.

WOW! Its sad that any government can notact or will not take action to protect its citizens but be glad that the peoplehave the balls to take action when they know right from wrong. I just hope itdoesn't backfire on "bikers". Like any group or organizations thereare bad people as well as good people. That includes politicians that feel theymust be "politically correct" or there is nothing in it for theirpocket$! I am proud of these "bikers".

哇，悲伤的是政府都不能采取行动保护自己的人民，但令人高兴的是普通人在知道孰是孰非的情况下反而采取了行动。我希望这不会对这些骑摩托车的人造成不利的影响。像任何团体和组织一样，有好人也有坏人。而在政治家群体中就有因为政治正确和无利可图而不采取任何行动的人！我为这些骑摩托车的人感到骄傲。

Good for the Dutch!!! Sometimes, theeasiest solution is the best!!! As long as the Dutch bikers know that they maybe killed or injured and accept that risk (as any soldier would), then let themgo!!! If fact, ad hoc groups are usually more motivated and self-directed thantraditional armies.

This happened in Europe -- groups of different nationalities bound together tofight the invading Muslims -- and it worked!!! Learn your history, folks.

Regardless if it's an onion or not,havingnormal,somewhat normal,citizens wanting to join the Kurd's in their fightagainst ISIS,is something I've never seen happen in my lifetime,63 years.Ithink many people,worldwide,see the threat that ISIS imposes.Not just in theMiddle East,but in every country that takes up arms against them.It's heroicand highly commendable.As I see it,these people,the volunteers,aren't justfighting evil for their own countries,they're fighting to preserve life as weknow it.Thank you all h who fight.

不管这是不是胡来，但是正常的普通公民加入库尔德人抵抗伊斯兰国，这是我活了63年来首次看到这种事情。我觉得世界上的好多人都看到了伊斯兰国所具有的威胁，不仅仅是在中东，而是在任何抵抗他们的国家。所以这些荷兰人是非常英勇和值得赞美的。这些志愿者不仅是在为自己的国家抵抗这些恶魔，更是为了保护我们的生活。谢谢你们。

I grew up in the 60’s, was able to earn a better than average livingwithout a college degree, saved plenty of money for retirement and still livethe good life. I feel so sorry for my grandchildren and what they will have toendure in the future battling high taxes, terrorism, more worldwide wars(possible WWIII) and unable to live free of worries about jobs and othersocieties and countries wanting to take our freedom, more so than now…………Sosad.

我生长于60年代，虽然没有大学文凭，但靠自己的努力，我的生活过得比一般人还好，也存了好些钱来作为退休金，现在依然过着很好的生活。但是我对自己的孙辈们感到伤心，他们不得不忍受未来的高税收，恐怖主义，更多的世界性战争（可能的第三次世界大战），还要担心就业，以及其他社会和国家想夺走我们的自由，太悲伤了。

Whatever. If anyone wants to join a war,they just do it. Who cares what the government thinks. What one believes inones heart and soul is what one goes by. I don't care what some governmentthinks. I do what I want and it is my life, my decision. Just as it is anyone'sdecision on what they decide to do. It is that person's responsibility to be incontrol of themselves. If one wants to fight for a cause, do it. In the end,you will sleep better at night, Peace for those that make the decisions theyknow to be right.

Bravo!!! Glad to hear it. And this is whatneeds to happen since our world leaders can't seem to do #$%$. It's really sadthat ordinary, everyday citizens are now the ones that have to take it uponthemselves to combat this kind of evil. But since our leaders can't seem tofigure out whether they should wipe their watch or wind their butts, this isthe only logical outcome. It's us citizens who need to reclaim this planet andmake it so that everyone can live without fear of this kind of evil.

I lived and worked in Amsterdam in theearly 80s. The owner of a small tattoo shop near the casino where I worked wasdecapitated on his way to the airport on his bike. the day of the funeralarrived and as a friend of mine and I went to pay our respects we could notbelieve the distances some of the bikers had travelled from to attend thefuneral, thousands of bikes covered the red light district, I remember seeing numberplates from California, south America, Japan, Korea, China in fact all over theworld even though I did not know the victim personally I did see the comraderythat set them apart from most gangs and have always respected them for that.Thank you for your decision to fight terrorism in order to protect us,,,,,,"DANKE" so much

的敬意。但是让我吃惊的是现场竟然来了那么多骑摩托车的人，几千辆，遥远的让我不敢想象，这些摩托车上挂着来自加州，南美，日本，韩国和中国的牌照，实际上全世界的牌照都有，虽然我不认识这名受害人，但是他们的这种同志情谊把他们同大部分的其他帮派区分开来了，因此获得了我的敬意。谢谢你们为了保护我们而去对抗恐怖分子。。。

It is nice to see people are not just goingover there to fight for ISIS. I think Kurds need their own recruitment campaignon internet. Use Twitter and Facebook. Counter Jihadist propaganda campaign byshowing all horrors they commit in gruesome detail. And begin selectiverecruitment of fighters from countries willing to take up arms against ISIS.You never know who will come to aid. There are literally hundreds of armedmilitias in America but many lack any real combat experience in war... Well,this is their chance gain some and while fighting for a truly just cause. Awin, win for them. And if bikers and gangsters want to fight for the Kurds? Ohwell, better they shoot ISIS than each other.

看来去那边的人也不都是帮伊斯兰国的，我觉得库尔德人也应该在网上招聘战士。可以利用推特和脸书，发布视频以细节的方式展现这些圣战分子残忍的一面。然后在网上挑选那些愿意抵抗伊斯兰国的人来参加战斗。你永远不知道会有什么人去帮忙。美国有大量的武装民兵，但是很多人缺乏实际的战斗经验。所以可以利用这个机会为正义而战，而且还能获得战斗经验，对他们来说真是一举两得。而那些飞车党和帮派也想为库尔德人战斗？那更好，对抗伊斯兰国总比互相残杀来得好吧。
