It doesn’t matter whether china recognize s or Not. Assam is Indian territory from Ages. Asames Recognize themselves as Indian. These are 2 sufficient conditions.

中国是否承认并不重要。阿萨姆邦老早就是印度领土了，而且阿萨姆人承认自己是印度人。这两个条件就足够了。
