【美国网友】朝鲜扣留中国渔船，并要求数十万罚款

A boat from the northern China seaport city of Dalian, with six crew on board, was seized by North Koreans on September 12 while fishing in the Yellow Sea between China and the Korean Peninsula, the city government-run Beijing News reported.
北京新闻报道，一艘从大连出发，拥有六名船员的渔船在九月十二日于中国与朝鲜半岛之间的黄海海域被朝鲜扣押。
The owner of the boat told the newspaper that he received a phone call, apparently from the North Korean coast guard, two days later and was told that his boat and crew had been detained for fishing in North Korean waters.
船主告诉记者，两天后，他接到一通来自朝鲜海岸警卫队的电话，告知他的船与穿越已经因为在朝鲜海域捕鱼被扣押。
The North Koreans demanded a fine of 250,000 yuan ($40,700) for releasing the boat and its crew, but on September 17th the six crew returned to their fishing village with wounds on their bodies from being beaten, the newspaper said. Their wallets and belts had been stolen.

"The crew insist that their boat did not enter North Korean waters, not to mention crossing the line for fishing," Zhang Xikai, the fishing boat owner, was quoted as saying.

China's foreign ministry confirmed it was aware of the boat's seizure and the Chinese embassy in Pyongyang on Monday made representations to the North Korean government, the newspaper said.

A spokeswoman for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs said on Tuesday she had not yet seen the report and would make checks.

North Korea in May detained a Chinese vessel along with 16 crew demanding 600,000 yuan, but eventually released them without the payment after Beijing intervened.

This isn't nothing new. Pyongyang always does things that a thuggish regime does for money. Maybe fat boy is peeved because of what happened in the Panama Canal when the Chong Chon Gang was seized and had to pay a 500,000 dollar fine. China is going to take care of fat boy soon. They always show a sign of peace and then they go nutso with some BS diplomacy and name calling. When they called the president of S. Korea a despicable prostitute and Obama her pimp was totally childish. I think they are all on meth myself because they manufacture that as a commodity for export and they are being sanctioned by the U.S. They are always paranoid about something and they want world press for attention. Hell, they don't even have a public internet where the citizens can't see how the rest of the world lives! The government even bans things as simple as a Choco Pie. Isn't that sick thinking? Don't pay fat boy nothing and get your ship back. They need to be beat themselves because they are pirates, counterfeiters, thieves, illegal drug manufacturers, slave to the state and low life dogs who are brainwashed by the government there. I don't blame the citizens, I blame the government.

I was mislead by the western politicians and their news media thinking North Korea and China are buddy. Now we all know which they are not. If US and its allies want to take a bite on North Korea, they can, and will probably success with overwhelming forces they are. North Korea is so poor and ill-equipped with its military. Even South Korea has enough power to destroy the North in no time. The reason they have not started a war because the South Korea knows it will end up feeding additional 50 million poor north Koreans instantly.

Conquer North Korea now and return the country to the rightful owners, the Korean people. Billions of people will see this act as your greatest feat in your thousand-year history.
